SilLion is one of the NDA? Seems like itHere's why:
During the latest Agoracom video, Bernard at 10 min exactly, he begins talking about one NDA, mentions the Tesla slide regarding the encapsulation of the Sillicon, and then goes back to NDA with mentions to "read between the lines" and specifies it was "not a battery manufacturer (Tesla)" but rather an "advanced material manufacturer (SilLion)".
"The anode material described herein can include a film cast on a current collector substrate, with the film including a plurality of active material particles and a conductive polymer membrane coated over the active material particles. In some embodiments, the conductive polymer membrane comprises polyacrylonitrile (PAN)"
This was taken from their patent ( https://uspto.report/patent/app/20190267617 ), it fits with what Bernard is saying. He can mention Tesla but never heard him talk about SilLion..
