RE:RE:a week out..Lol , I believe what he's implying is Paul's timelines are never what he says! (Fact)... and where's the money coming from?.... they don't have it in the kitty!
maybe if they signed the agreement and got coho online when they said it would be, they would have some to spend. I'm sure it will be "right after" as in next year.
