yes, most of it is political, because gov want USA or France  to put their hand on BBD, BT, BA,

if the family give away the controle, in the same week, BBD will be bought on the open Market and become either french of USA intity

they suceeded in foring bbd to give away, C series, 

they suceeded in forcing BBD to give away BT

now they are working  on BA that is why they will not help

if family, give away control, gov still will not help to force take over

and BBD or BA  will be gone for penuts in a week 

so giving away control, will not bring Gov help, it will accelerate distruction of BA

i am proud canadian, and want to keep canadian innovations in canadian hands

c series is canadian innovation, now Airbus is the proud owner

BT have amazing products, Soon Alstom will be bragging about BT products

and we canadian feeling stupid and empty handed

they tried to do the same with black berry, they do have dual share also, but they did not succeed yet
