Silver city should very favorable result because when the mine ceased operation in 1969, the silver price is much lower than the current price. The technolgy back then is much lower than now. Until people have been stealing from the mine, a continuation of mining at today's silver should be very profitable. The only caveat here is EXN, which has the history of turning gold to dross.
