Wow you guys are sure going crazy on the subject of preferreds!
They are a great investment vehicle, I wouldn't suggest that they're a great trading vehicle but if that something you choose to do I hope you do well.

The common shares have been very low and have much more liquidity as a trading vehicle.

 

Husky preferred's are a very nice and conservative investment paying a nice yield.

I find that accumulating preferreds for basically a forever holding period  and buying commons , selling puts etc at these prices ( and hopefully lower !!) for long-term 5-7 year gains works for me
