If they have something like $130m banked going into Florence financing, a Jr partner at 15% or less would be easy. The capex for Florence will be 3/4's present market cap. When you add the value of the property itself, its like getting Gib for free.
For the investor its a no-brainer. With copper at $3.10 a 15% share would net around $25m/yr. How much cash can you borrow for that income stream. Maybe they should let investors buy bonds. Would be like getting a div.
