What is evident is that YOUR risk tolerance is not adequate for an investment such as Sernova. Yes, sernova is a penny stock, and thus it bears high risk but all investors know this. We all know this, but we consider the facts, such as Sernova’s clinical trials. The results are solid and cannot be contested. What is not solid, are your negative and discrediting comments about Sernova. Stop twisting the facts.
Bioteck you live in fear and so may I suggest a more suitable investment for you? Perhaps a BALANCED FUND?
Sernova’s management has executed a clean, oversubscribed, non-brokered pp at a higher than market sp. This shows not only the company’s strength but also the fact that institutional investors are willing to back the company and invest. No one cares about a random disgruntled person that likely doesn’t even own one share. Look Mike, why don’t you spend your time working through your personal issues, in therapy or otherwise, and leave the institutional investors to show Sernova’s value to all?
And by the way, we are not trying to figure out who you are, that we know. But that doesn’t matter, because you are of no consequence. Oh and Mike, for someone that will “make money regardless” you sure spend time discrediting your own investment. One would think that an investor that will “make money regardless” and is as bitter about the company as you are, would sell and move on.
Time to move on. Really, you should have done that when you handed in your parking pass.
