Aug 18 NR is complete! Most couldn't grasp the brilliant end around, then or now.

PYR owns (option at any time) 50 percent of HPQ Nano and 50 million shares of HPQ (15%) All friendly.
Peter never enters into anything unless $ are at the end.He made this clear in a NR. about a year ago, with next to no $ in the bank
