RE:What a kick in the butt

At least we know that they are going to buy 6 - 7 MM shares. It was disappointing to see that they purchased nothing under the buy back program with the stock trading as low as it was for the last 6 months. Probably indicative of their trading abilities and overall fund performance.

My guess is that the offer goes through below $6 and that the stock drops afterwards until we see the next quarters earnings and any further indication of where the money is being deployed.
