RE:RE:RE:RE:NML RTOI seen no "chance of going bankrupt in three years" because NML has no bank debt.

Without combining with Abaxx, the only problem I see is future dilution. 

If NML does combine with Abaxx, NML has to accelerate the inevitable dilution to this year.

And a combination with Abaxx will not necessarily prevent future dilution because nobody really knows if and when Abaxx will get cash coming in.

I applaud the detail you bring up, jduade, so I respect your opinion.  I suspect that you have overlooked these basic points that I bring up, but I will not be surprised if I have overlooked something myself.
