RE:Employee Stock Purchase Plans

RE:Employee Stock Purchase Plans
MrMugsy wrote: Any way you look at it, some GUD employees participate in a stock purchase plan.
This is usually done via regular deductions from their pay.
I think that's a pretty good way for managment to participate in share buying - regular - consistent purchases.

If you look at the last purchases made, employees paid $6.04 while I see a closing price of $6.10 for that day.  It doesn't look like much of a discount, if any.

Just want to make sure we're not spreading misinformation here.  Anyone see it differently ?

Boy you really are defetaed. If anyone is spreading misinformation it is you. This is probably why you've had 4 ID's BANNED here and keep appearing with new ones weekly.

Those purchase dates do not necessarily correspond with the exact date of trades, nor trading price. Implying that employees are actually paying a premium to market prices is rubbish and laughable. The are guranteed paying less than market price. This turd just keeps droping every day, it doesn't take long to be in the RED. Keep up the bullshittt Mugsnots you are doing a heck of a job embarrasing yourself here.
