There is a calcuation of remaining assets following the final sale of PAHC to Vibe, and that calculations anticipates $0.016 / share attributable to share holders.

Also, it could take up to 24 months to complete the distribution of shares following the closure of the sale.  I'm sure that's CYA language, as they say they intend to do it as quickly as possible.

It does make me worry though that an unsatisfied creditor might be able to access the Vibe shares before they are distributed.   

I haven't read enough to understand what risks are described in the document.
