Not being a sophisticated investor or a Philadelphia lawyer I cannot meaningfully interpret what this means to the ordinary shareholder. I have reached out to the IR guy Tim to see if he can answer a couple of questions.
I also assume there are knowledgeable people on this board that can explain it.

I roughly interpret that we lose all attachment to the assets in the Imaging and Display business as those all get sold to Wang Holdings. That in effect leaves us with shares in a "shell" company??

Once that transaction is complete Faouzi will take the resulting 'shell' company from the Venture Exchange and seek a listing on the CSE Exchange for some unknown business?

Question? If a person held 100,000 shares in ZMS what do they own share wise, in what, when this is all over?
