RE:RE:Rethinking Covid-19 Test SensitivityYou're welcome zoe18. This article provides convincing evidence to support the use of frequent antigen testing which are much more affordable than PCR tests done in the lab where they go to the point of finding small remnants of the virus way past the time frame of the infective stage and unnecessarily quarantining individuals who are not a danger to others. What a waste of money, and time for that individual who is separated even from his family, his work etc. We need to rethink the testing methodology. A paradigm shift from what was considered the gold standard in covid 19 testing.
Scientists like Michael J. Mina, Roy Parker, and Daniel B. Larremore should be commended for their insight and for boldly proclaiming that world health bodies have to rethink the testing procedures with regard to covid 19.
