Thank you for your advice, but I am well aware that a review of the AGM management information circular would be part of a thorough analysis, as I said I did. In fact I did a very thorough analysis.
With all due respect, I must correct you. Louis Dufour has no options. He excercised them to offer 100,000 shares as part of the insider block attached to the issue that closed June 26th. He no longer has any shares, nor options.
I'm quite sure we can expect an announcement of his retirement shortly.
