What the private sector would give is just speculation. Of course would be greater than 1.85 or maybe not. We will see with the new signings and 3qt report which maybe quite interesting. I think the wilan portion of Qtrh is under valued because of the US courts. I believe investors are frustrated mostly by the courts that allow cases to drag on indefinitely.
