So at this rate they’ll never get out. Need news! Bring Kalo and RIJUICE to Canada! We already have the formulations, FDA approval, and Pepsi willing to distribute. HC should’nt have a problem. MH exclusivity deal is gone. And your sales force that landed these JV’s is already in place.
I would have to agree that the creditors willing to accept shares is a good sign. I believe they do have a choice. They could force solvency and seize what ever assets $PR Canada Inc/$PR/Infusion Biosciences Canada/THR/SSM Partners Inc/MiST currently hold.
It may or may not be much but if the ship were sinking, the debt rats would be scurrying well before us private investors realized we were getting wet.
I too believe Sen is whispering what is to come to appease the creditors. Pepsi distributing deals will not do much here in Canada as all THC and CBD products must be sold by Federally licenced dispensaries. We won’t be seeing KAL or RIJUICE in any Walmart here in Canada any time soon.
Feds have choked the Cannabis markets and do not seem to be letting it out of the headlock despite the tapping out of many cannabis companies North side.
What excites me recently and what may help $PR up North is the new beverage Pepsi is promoting called Driftwell. I have yet to make the connection to MiST but can not help but suspect there is a connection.
Since Pepsi is not ready to jump into the cannabis game, it stuck its foot in the door with a distribution partnership with KAL. This is amazing, because it shows that they believe there is a potential market space to conquer. I still believe Pepsi struck that deal with an eye on the tech and not kalo’s flavours.
Driftwell further leads me to believe Pepsi’s drive to become top dog in the wellness beverages sector will no doubt lead to CBD bevs. Driftwell uses L-Theanine and magnesium which are right up MiST’s alley.
Pepsi maybe taking a back door to introduce Driftwell to a mass Canadian audience with no HC choke hold. This is where I believe the action may be headed. Once the brand is established and HC comes to its senses and eases up, wellness beverages will extend to CBD/Infuz20. Pepsi also won the distribution deal with Evian in Canada. This is a big deal, considering all of the minerals used in bottle water. Just another example of the wellness beverage take over Pepsi has waged. Just my opinion. See a few articles Ive read below that lead me to this theory.
