Still undervalued

Still undervalued I understand everyone has their own opinion on what’s happening and what is going on with the sp.  I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that the market cap of this company is around 150 million.
I know the cannabis sector is completely different but there are companies there with this market cap based just on speculation.
Scl is worth half of what they paid for ZCL.  They have future contracts in place.  They are diversifed in other sectors besides oil.  They are bidding on big projects

I
know this an old one but if they are able to seal this it’s another one for the books.  It looks like the market really took a step back from them and has no confidence in them as of lately.  It just dosent make sense to me why another company wouldn’t make a move to buy them.  Just my thoughts I’m still long on this company and feel confident they will come out of this slump.
