Trent "skill set"So, Hexo/SSL said of Trent MacDonald that he has "the skill-set most beneficial for Hexo". He appears to have much more experience than Burwash, generally. When it comes to Hexo's strategy, at least in the product market, Hexo is doing exactly what SSL said it would do on the last earnings call about leading the competition over marketshare. So, what does Trent bring specifically. He has a great deal of experience in retail, including pharma retail, but Hexo isn't a retailer - it's a manufacturer focused on doing a few things well. And, Trent has experience in industry association at Rx Drug. Is Hexo looking to vertically integrate? To allign or associate with other producers? Or, is it simply looking to improve its accumen with retailers? Or, alternatively, is it looking for a bigger, stronger reputation at the helm of the finances? Or, all of the above?
