Subject: Additional Information Request ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: Patriot One is working with the FCC and AFTRCC with respect to staff’s pre-coordination request, and requires additional time to allow for the processing of the pre-coordinations. Patriot One requests an additional 30 days to finalize this effort.

SO the last request for additional time was exactly one year ago... the song and dance with the FCC started in June of 2019 after I sent questions to Cronin which they tried to answer in Tailwinds article - gig was up. Irony is the FCC never granted Patriot One the extra 30 days -a year ago... One could argue that Patriot One should have been able to get the information the FCC requested if not thirty days later well here you go have another year at it! If you don't know the answer is that Patriot One will never get permission even to test on those frequencies due to the necessity of keeping those frequencies assigned use/user only.
