They need to reduce the share structure and available trading. Most money will never buy a stock running in the micro pennies. I am expecting a private placement to bring in funds, again, this wouldn't happen in the 1-2 pennies. The reverse split/ consolidation is a necessary evil. Hopefully they have something to back it up, news of some kind. Otherwise, they are just going to cause a drop from the new consolidated price. No choice on the consolidation placement next, and hopefully this is not a dead dog delaying an inevitable death. Hope they have some ace in the sleeve now.
