The principal activity of the Company is to develop projects focused on the production of sulphate of potash (SOP). The Company’s Blawn Project in Utah involves the exploration, development and production of mineral resources and is focused on the exploration of alunite in order to produce SOP, co-product sulfuric acid, and potentially, alumina. The Blawn Project comprises 23.5 sections of land owned by the State of Utah, acting by and through the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and covers approximately 15,404 acres (6,233 hectares) of land located in Beaver County, Utah.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:JV updateThe TSX would not have suspended the delisting review unless the company could provide proof the the JV could bring SOP back into compliance. The JV partner likely had to bare its war chest to satisfy the TSX regulators that they had the means to do so.

It's a case of the JV partner getting the TAMRA copper deal completed and then the only thing left is to sign the JV definitive agreement. I believe TAMRA was once valued at about $30,000,000 but ownership was quite encumbered kind of like how SOP has the weight of LIND on its neck for the longest time.

Won't be long now. The JV makes too much sense for both parties but the TAMRA asset is a critical piece of the transaction and that has to be secured with all liabilities discharged.
