Let’s Use Our Main Advantage Something else I have been thinking about. It doesn't sound like Nextleaf is offering the oil to customers at the lowest price. They are setting it at the market price. At first I thought this was okay because it made sense to not force the price down ourselves.
However, for the past 18 months the company has been saying that the way the industry is going - that the main thing that will matter as Cannabis gets comoditisized is price. Shouldn't they be offering it at the lowest price then?
Our tech that allows us to offer oil at the lowest price is our Competitive Advantage - let's use it. Otherwise, what's our advantage right now?
