Purevap production rates

What is the rate of production of silicon with the Purevap reactor that replaces the Seimens process at much lower cost and less carbon footprint? Also what is the purity of that silicon? I'm assuming the silicon nano powder will be made by using the Pyrogenesis process for producing 3D powder? Just wondering and may be way off base. Thanks.
