Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

RE:Paramount offer I imagine if there was a buyout on the table that was eminent we wouldn't see the insider buying....they would be locked down and unable to buy. 

Don't get me wrong. It's nice to see the purchase, however, the timing is strange relative to when the guy could have purchased at the lows...

i suppose the PoU share acquisition is tantamount to a deal....
