I just have to point out if this report was made recently? They seem to use DOC's revenue multiple based on 2021 revenues and use WELL's revenue multiple with it's current 2020 expected sales and comapre DOC's 6X multiple and WELL's 14,2X multiple.

This week should be great, I see some LOI,s coming in with the financing up and probably being filled very quickly.
