RE:RE:RE:OSC and IIROC appeal for tips on abusive tradingThe problem with the OSC and IIRoc is by the time they decide to investigate the corruption, the retail investor has already lost their life savings.  What they need to do is implement new rules and/or reinstate old ones (i.e. the uptick rule) to help decrease the constant short selling of stocks.  I have sent numerous emails to them in the past and they always respond in a timely manner, but I usually get a lot of defensive responses saying that they do have sufficient rules in place.  Yet if that was the case then we wouldn't be getting these articles constantly uncovering these schemes.
