as I coach buisness leaders one of the most important advice I give them is to ensure their toolbox always has a strong sales team. Because without sales everything else they do is irrelevant. You can have a piece of equipment that can generate low margins but without sales it means squat. None of there hires had a dynamite sales experience or reach into the industry. Focusing on tech is one thing, and I will state it again this DISRUPTIVE tech will only be disruptive if the rest of the market responds to it, not by having a CEO constantly yelling that his product is disruptive. Until NL provides sales the investment community will not give the a second look. Jmho
