OTCQX/TSXV pricing the stock price of a dual-listed (inter listed) company should be approximately the same in both jurisdictions, after taking currency differences and transaction costs into account. This balance is maintained to prevent traders from exploiting a difference. My experience with this is US listing most often sets price for cdn listing so even a small number of shares traded on OTCQX will bring down sp of the CDN listing especially if early session volume is slow out of the chute.
