Wouldn't be a monthly newsletter if they didn't put it out monthly.

They're actually not completely useless. Newsletters are a bookmark of their progress. If I wanted to quick research Nextleaf they're a super helpful resource. Note the conference on the 7th and 8th. 

Corporate update is probably part of what they'll be presenting to institutional investors. Should be interesting.
