Absolutely receipt of payment is great/speaks of validation. Also included in this NR is the upcoming $2.65 million payment from Drosrite International (expected in the next few weeks).

This is great, and like Leademhigh says, but a teeny tiny drop in the bucket of what is yet to come. Fantastic work Peter and Team at PyroGenesis!
