The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

As per this:

The management of the Company intends to seek additional funding through private placements and public offerings, which will be utilized to fund product development and continue operations. The Company recognizes that, if it is unable to raise additional capital, it may find it necessary to substantially reduce or cease operations.

1: We're publicly funding product development we only have a license for? Sounds legit. Not a shell corp at all. ex GVHD.

2. "Cease operations". Isn't that inevitable at this point? Who in their right mind would invest in a pp? (Other than the delusional pumpers at Kalyteran.)
