Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:ADT

RE:RE:RE:ADTAbsolutely. Forget the cheer leaders and non investors on this board. We have had far to many false hopes and 15 percent days only to be struck down by an awful decision. With over 400 million in the bank Irwin Simon never needed to dilute 6 percent the first time. We could have made way more in market capitalization and rising share prices alone by now. He should have only exercised it had a massive transaction needed to take place which we haven't seen. We also have an at market program for 100 million hanging over us. I'm just saying to all investors Irwin Simon needs to drop all his other companies and focus on Aphria. We can't have a CEO distracted in every direction. Aphria share holders have been let down consistently especially by Irwin Simon.  I want to cool it on the negative posts but I'm not being emotional at all. I'm stating what is and his accomplishments have been nothing. He cut costs sure, raised his pay nicely and the deals left from Vic are starting to pay off. If Irwin made any significant deals outside the roughly five million contract with Irsael I estimate based on the cost per Kilo (he didn't reveal numbers) please post a link.   This is the absolute crucial time now for him to prove he cares about Aphria investors. Thus far he made good on zero of his mentions which included divedends, write downs (he told us first quarter there wouldn't be any) we've had multiple under him.  We also heard he may purchase a non pot US distributor but we haven't seen that and it was to take place before elections. The only thing I found Irwin saying was he wasn't focused on US market (words that killed us). I'm not being negative at all I'm calling a spade a spade. If we see dilution or anything negative after the building momentum we have, its time to toss this clown into a lion cage at the zoo and move on with someone who means serious business. No excuse Aphria today isn't 10 USD a share. We had three positive quarters and if you research and pay for Zacks equity research you will see Irwin Simon has no where near the track record people think. With that being said let's move forward with the momentum we have. We got big financials coming and possibly a major Merger in the works. It has to be so there is no other scenario that makes sense for these companies. Aphria is in a good postion thanks to the founders and some of Irwin Simons cost cuts. He has been depressing the stock further then need be and maybe finally he can take his foot off the brake pedal. Maybe then insiders like Double Diamond won't sell all their shares. Maybe then we get the right press a company like Aphria deserves. I pray I don't come back here and say I told you so about Irwin. I hope the major deals and promises happen and the cheer leaders like Savage in Irwin's bum and the other clowns start attacking me again. I would love nothing more for that to happen (they invested nothing, we benefit so I can take their phoney attacks). Good luck longs
