RE:RE:permitPermit approval is a bureaucratic administrative matter that takes time. No doubt this is why PGM did not commit to an exact date for first pour but simply said before xmas. If they were wise, they gave themselves ample lead time re: permit approval process. Ontario has already approved air and noise emissions. Other permits are a matter of time; a matter of when not if. With the large investors behind PGM (Anglogold Ashanti, Sprott, Van Eck Associates), they would not only be kept informed of these matters but take action if there were an issue. And if there were an issue that potentially had a material affect on outlook, a news release would be issued. Volume today little over 300k, Average volume near 2m. Excitement has faded thus the sp drop though we seem to have stabilized now. Once they confirm permits (as you point out) and set a date for first pour, and if gold trends higher, I'm betting the speculators return to push sp higher. For now, patience.
