if there has been sp manipulation like you have suggested then why would they stop manipulating now?

Why would you say kudos for essentialy announcing a plan to do a raise just after hitting all time lows? And what do you mean no dilution is planned, isn't announcing a shelf of 50m a plan for dilution? ie, in the event t hey need the money, they will do a raise. We all know they need money

your optimism may get someone hurt around here
