Lot's of things if you haven't been around the trenches. Lots of manipulation down on the cse - shorts, price manipulation ect.. basically have a bunch of covid stock holders bickering back and forth over saliva, blood, breath testing jockeying for control. This guy I think just needs new investors now until news release. There's only been positive news, nothing negative released. Shake out attempts it looks like.
