Choom could learn from this. This is good information for the shareholders. I don't understand why Choom finds it so difficult to report in this manner. It gives you the impression they are hiding things. Which I think they are. With Chooms recent merger they granted their management 4 million option shares. But I did not see anything showing what they had to qualify as far as performance to earn them.
