RE:Patent

I thought they already have a patent ? TAAT stated the US patent as significant.

But why do I not find anything about the patent under subsequent events in the last financial report from Sept 29, 2020?

In the MD/A I find: 'The Company anticipates the granting of a US patent on this process which could further protect the company’s intellectual property and allow it to potentially scale rapidly'
