Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Not that I was ever pleased about it, but I am increasingly anxious about our board makeup....Appian controls about 25 % of outstanding shares, yet has 42 % representation on the board.... clearly 3 out of seven board members are 100% Appian ...no bones about it....so the question remains.-- are the other 4 members of the board truly independant, there to maximize the share value for ALL the shareholders.....you and me and all the little guys.....just takes one of them to side/vote with the 3 Appian members and voila....things go Appian's way...for Appian's benefit....I am not here to create any conspiracy's , but I continuosly question to myself where the loyalties lie....as Ballot so elequently points out, the board has a Fiduciary duty to ALL shareholders....and management has a duty to inform ALL shareholders on a timely basis of any material changes or events that would allow all shareholders the information they need to make sell, hold or buy decisions....
