What Board/Directors pay themselves incentive bonuses with shareholders cash when share value drop's 95% ? Three STIP; find a Global partner (i.e. Big Tobbaco, Big Pharm); raise share value 50/75/100%; 4-consecutive quarters of positive EBITDA. THEN YOU CAN PAY INCENTIVE BONUSES; I'D GLADLY SUPPORT THAT !
