Is Spoofing a Legitimate Trading Strategy???

On numerous pre-market bids, spoofing appears to be strategy of choice for someone.

Spoofing as a Legitimate" Trading Strategy

e.g. this AM, the Bid & Asks were at $C1.49 , only to open much lower, now negative $C0.03

Caveat Emptor .. someone want your shares on the cheap and will stoop to "illegal" activity to "shake the weak hands" or "the weak kneed" or shake the tree.
