RE:spirit deal

RE:spirit dealIf the deal goes through at significantly less than the agreed upon $500M, the stock may drop a bit. If it goes through at $450M or more, I do not think the stock will drop, it may move a few cents to the upside.

This deal is quite different from the Alstom deal. When the Alstom deal was first announced in February, the market spoke loud and clear that it didn't like it. When the deal was signed a few weeks ago, the market again expressed its disapproval. When the deal is officially finalized in the next six months, the market may again punish the stock, but I doubt it, as BBD will be pocketing several billion dollars.
