RE:Patents in Auriga vs. Intel (settled)Thats a very good question and something i kind of wondered as well when it was clearly worded 'multi year deal'.
That said, i remember awhile back that they had to change their accounting practices so that when a deal was signed, the whole value of that contract was represented in the quarter it was signed.
i may be totally wrong and out in left field and hopefully i am.
anyone else remember that news regarding how they will represent signed agreaments in the financials for the quarter?
