We cant disclose terms of our individual agreements, but I can say that a majority of patent license agreements throughout the industry are lump sum in nature versus multi-year. In addition, new IFRS rules introduced January 1, 2018 mandate that the full value of a patent license agreement, whether it is lump-sum or multi-year, must be recognized in the quarter in which it is completed.
