So what I am not clear on and what I have asked as a follow up is that even though the full amount of the deal is recognized in Q3, is it possible that the actual collection of the payments be spread out over the years.

Could explain top line of $80-$87 yet only $32-$36 mil in EBITDA.

$50 mil in expenses sees high to me.
