Not a huge capital raise but wish they raised earlier in the summer at a higher price. Dilution just over 10%. For a penny stock that's not too bad.

Either the funds are running low and they could not wait longer or, to be positive, maybe their harvest knocked it out of the park and they have to raise additional capital for the additional quantitiy.
