Somebody is accumalating big time

Or shorting big time to keep this down otherwise I'm sure
I think Haywood would sell who owns a huge chuck of this and hasn't sold
and if there was a problem why would Dan be buying open
market. So a bunch of red flags holding this down IMO!
And if it's just about the SOE program who cares they are doiing 90% rev's
elsewhere!
