RE:RE:SIB Good morning.  Thank you Sam.  My understanding from reading the proxy materials is that there is $40M to be used for the SIB.  

The free float of 54M and o/s shares 75M.  Minority owns 25% and the other 75% conflicted from participating in the SIB.  So how would this math work?
