Given the financials and the fact that the product seems to be selling out everywhere, the decision on their part to not have a significant IR program or seek institutional investors to help the stock rise makes more sense given this PP. As long as the price stays low they can print themselves money now at the expense of diluting everyone else. Shareholders should seriously consider
