this is a good start as it will create more visibility as well as liquidity. I said start because understandably the tier the company is listing on is the lowest tier. From my recollection there are three tiers with increasing restrictions and responsibilities. I forgot the corresponding colors entirely the lowest tier is the pink where more credible financial institutions dont invest the mid tier and from recollection grey is the highest where more credibility stronger financial institutions come on but no matter what some lenders no matter how compelling touch juniors. The Octb from my recollection has a deal with the Nasdaq. I believe if stocks reach $3 and fulfill other uplisting requirements they can do so. I forget whether it is the x or qtb extension which is the highest tier and whether it is still the same. I did a quick check it appears to be. But more exposure more liquidity more chances of share increse!!! This is going to be step by step you see a run take some money it will likely drop and may take time to get back up that is 9 times out of 10 that works like that!!!
